Erebus Idolworks

I come to this craft as an avid student of the works of Joseph Campbell since the late sixties when "Myths to Live By" was first published. Most of my work are reproductions of the art that he used to illustrate the principles of comparative mythology. Some is, well... not exactly reproductions. All the originals are sculpted in either dental inlay wax or a hard non-sulphur modeling clay. Everything you see is cast in hydrostone and hand painted using acrylic paints (except for the Isis which uses a goldleaf enamel). Most are wall plaques.
