Products sold at HathorsMirror.com are shipped either out of our home offices in Eugene, Oregon, or by our suppliers by drop-shipment. This means that the supplier will be shipping your order to you directly. All orders are shipped within two business days.
We do our best to expedite your orders both out of our own doors and to our our suppliers, so they can ship as quickly as possible. One of the requirements we make of our suppliers is that they ship promptly and take care to package your items securely. We use the United States Postal Service for all of our shipping. Our shipping rates are based on the actual cost of shipping the item to you, calculated by weight, to insure you are getting the best shipping rate possible.
We accept returns at our descretion for items returned in sellable condition within 15 days of purchase. Refunds are for the purchase price only, or for store credit.
